About Us
Linking People with Possibilities
We are a disability support service dedicated to linking people with possibilities. Supporting individuals to build meaningful, self-directed lives based on their goals, strengths, and choices.
We believe in pathways that create growth, direction, and real opportunity. Our focus is on empowering people to make informed choices, build independence, and live a life that reflects what matters most to them.
We walk alongside each person to help them find the right supports, strengthen their skills, and build a life they choose.

Our Space
Our space has been created as a welcoming place to connect, learn, create and enjoy meaningful experiences together.
We offer opportunities for social connection, community participation, skill development and building confidence and independence, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
It’s a place where people can:
Meet new people and build friendships
Enjoy social activities and shared experiences
Explore hobbies and discover new interests
Develop everyday skills and confidence
Build meaningful relationships in a supportive environment
Our activities are guided by the interests and goals of the people who attend and may include craft and creative sessions, social mornings, community events, group activities, connection activities and wellbeing-focused experiences.
Most importantly, we want our space to feel like somewhere you want to come, a place to feel comfortable, have fun, try something new and connect with others.
Meet Our Director
Hi, I’m Monique, the Director of Albury Disability Pathways.
With over 12 years of experience supporting children and adults with high and complex support needs, I founded Albury Disability Pathways with a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel understood, supported and empowered to live a meaningful life.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside individuals and their families to build confidence, independence and practical skills that make a genuine difference in everyday life. My experience includes supporting people with Autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, communication development and complex behaviours.
What matters most to me is getting to know the person behind the support needs. Their personality, strengths, interests, goals and what is important to them. I take a calm, practical and person-centred approach, working collaboratively with families, carers, schools, employers and allied health professionals to create support that feels natural and meaningful.
Through Albury Disability Pathways, I hope to create a service where people feel genuinely listened to, respected and encouraged to grow in their own way.
